VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 2 (16 oz.) cans drained vegetables 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained 1 small chopped onion 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated 3/4 c. mayonnaise 8 oz. sour cream Ritz crackers, crumbled 1 stick margarine, melted Mix drained vegetables, water chestnuts, onion, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream and put in buttered dish (7 x 10 x 1 1/2-inches). Put crackers on top. Pour margarine over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
