SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 2 large cans sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. margarine, melted 1 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1 c. light brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. margarine 1 c. pecans, chopped Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, margarine and vanilla together until smooth. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Mix brown sugar, flour, margarine and pecans together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly on top.
