2 (10 oz.) or 1 large chopped
broccoli, cooked as
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c. water
6 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. croutons

Drain broccoli and put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
In a pan combine 1/2 cup butter, flour, milk and bouillon
cubes. Cook until creamy. Pour over broccoli. In another pan
combine water, 6 tablespoons butter and croutons. Mix and put
on top of broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
