VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 16 oz. pkg. California Blend vegetables, frozen 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 1 pkg. Ritz crackers 1 1/4 stick oleo Bring 3 cups water to a boil; add vegetables. Put the lid on, just let it come to a boil. Drain water off. Put in casserole dish. Melt 1/2 of oleo, put it over vegetables. Then add cubed cheese. Combine the remaining oleo with crushed crackers and put on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
