BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 small onion, grated 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. buttery Ritz cracker crumbs Mix all ingredients except crumbs. Pour in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
