BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can Cheddar cheese soup 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. margarine 1 soup can Minute rice 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 1/2 c. chopped onion In a saucepan, heat together soups, milk and margarine until margarine is melted. Mix with all remaining ingredients in a greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.
