MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 1 small container sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing 1 carrot 1 small onion 1 stick margarine or butter 20 oz. pkg. mixed frozen vegetables Cook frozen vegetables and drain. Add sour cream, chicken soup, grated onion and carrot. Melt shortening and mix with stuffing. Put 1/2 of stuffing with vegetable mixture and rest on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
