GREEN NOODLES WITH RICOTTA|
1 pkg. (16 oz.) noodles
1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Cook noodles as directed. Mix remaining ingredients
together and toss with the drained noodles. Serve immediately.
