CHEESE GRITS CASSEROLE|
1 qt. milk
1/2 lb. sharp grated Cheddar
1 c. grits (not instant)
1/2 lb. butter (soft)
Mix ingredients together in mixer and place in a large
2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
The grits should not be runny.
