BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 2 pkg. broccoli spears 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. margarine 34 Hi Ho crackers, crushed (1 tube) Cook broccoli in salted water and cut into bite-size pieces. Put into buttered casserole. Cut cheese into chunks and put on broccoli. Melt margarine; add crushed crackers. Mix well. Spread over broccoli. Salt. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
