TWICE BAKED POTATOES|
1 large cream cheese
1 small cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. Milnot or Pet milk
Wrap potatoes in foil and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour.
Scoop out center into bowl and add the cream cheese, salt,
pepper, butter, onion, eggs and Pet milk. Fill potato skins.
Deep freeze overnight on cookie sheet. Store in plastic bag
until next day. Use anytime. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
