BAKED HASH BROWNS|
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns,
2 sticks margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. grated cheese, your
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
dash of garlic
Mix well and combine with potatoes. Put mixture into 9
x 13-inch baking dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and
1 stick margarine melted. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour.
