Cut slice from top of each . Scoop out inside; mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, butter, onion salt and pepper. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Stir in chopped pimento. Fill potato shells. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more or until heated through.
