DOUBLE BAKE POTATOES 5 medium potatoes 1/2 c. dairy sour cream 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. milk 2 Tbsp. butter, softened 1 tsp. onion salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional) Bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 70 to 80 minutes. Cut slice from top of each . Scoop out inside; mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, butter, onion salt and pepper. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Stir in chopped pimento. Fill potato shells. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more or until heated through.
