BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 3 Tbsp. butter 3 Tbsp. flour 1 c. half and half 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli 1 c. frozen whole small onions 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter over medium heat. Gradually add flour, cooking and stirring until smooth. Blend in half and half, stirring until mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper. Cook broccoli and onions two minutes. Drain and mix with white sauce. Pour into buttered au gratin dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 30 minutes. Serves 4.
