BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
soft
1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
broccoli, cooked and
drained
1/3 c. rich round crackers
(Toll House)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, melt butter or
margarine; blend in flour. Add cheeses. Add milk; cook and
stir until mixture boils. Stir in broccoli. Place in 1 quart
casserole; top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
