BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 pkg. broccoli, cooked
large onion, minced
6 Tbsp. butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Cook onion in butter and add milk and flour until thick.
After sauce is thickened, add egg yolk. Pour 1/2 sauce in
baking dish. Then put in 1/2 of the broccoli, then sauce and
the rest of the broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and
cheese.
