VEGETABLE STIR-FRY MEDLEY 1 stick margarine 1 medium onion, sliced 2 carrots, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced 2 small zucchini, sliced 2 fresh tomatoes, cut in wedges 1 green pepper, cut in strips salt, pepper, garlic powder Melt margarine in skillet; add all vegetables, except tomatoes and green peppers. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, green peppers, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Do not stir. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
