CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 1/2 c. margarine 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy) 1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese (optional) Melt margarine. Pour into bowl. Mix all ingredients together, except cheese. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (If desired, sprinkle cheese over top; bake only until melted.)
