SCALLOPED CORN

1 can cream-style corn
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs

Combine corn and milk; heat to lukewarm. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 10 x 6-inch baking
dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees. Bake 35
minutes.
