BAKED HASH BROWN POTATOES

2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
stick oleo, melted

Add oleo to hash brown potatoes and onion. Blend:
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. mushroom soup
salt and pepper (season with)

Topping:
2 c. corn flakes
1 stick butter
Combine sour cream, cheese, mushroom soup, salt and
pepper with hash browns and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put
topping of corn flakes and butter on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
