BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 2 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli (frozen) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. mayonnaise 3 Tbsp. minced onion 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 2 eggs, beaten soft buttered bread crumbs Cook broccoli; drain. In large bowl mix soup, mayon- naise, onion, cheese and eggs. Add broccoli to soup mixture. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Brown at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Serves 8.
