BACON CHEESE POTATOES (For 3-Quart Pyrex) 8 medium potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 stick butter 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/4 c. milk salt pepper Peel potatoes and cut into cubes; boil until tender. Salt and pepper. Melt butter, cheese and milk together until all is dissolved together. Add cream of mushroom soup and bacon to the melted mixture. Combine cheese mixture with potatoes and pour into 3-quart Pyrex. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
