BROASTED POTATOES

4 medium potatoes
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Wash and cut potatoes in small chunks. Melt butter or
margarine in baking pan. Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt
and pepper in plastic bag. Shake until well coated. Place
potatoes in baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until
tender. Potatoes can be turned after baking for 1/2 hour.
Serves 4.
