PARTY POTATOES

32 oz. frozen hash browns,
slightly thawed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. margarine

Blend salt, sour cream, onion and soup. Place hash
browns in 9 x 13-inch baking dish; top with sour cream mixture.
Mix cubed cheese with mixture; then add crumbs and margarine.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
