PEANUT BUTTER BREAD 3/4 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. peanut butter 1 egg 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. sour milk 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda (scant) 1 tsp. baking powder Dissolve baking soda in the sour milk. Cream sugar and egg together. Stir in peanut butter and salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into greased bread pan. Bake at 300 degrees about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
