PUMPKIN BREAD 4 eggs 1 c. oil 2/3 c. flour 3 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. cloves 2 c. canned pumpkin 1 c. chopped nuts (optional) Add liquids to dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Note: Freezes well. Bake in 325 degrees oven for 1 hour.
