CHEESE BUBBLE LOAF

1 loaf frozen bread
32 (1/4-inch) sq. sharp
Cheddar cheese
melted butter

Thaw bread, let rise to double its size, punch down and
let rise again. Pull bite size pieces of dough from loaf.
Roll a square of cheese in each piece of dough to form balls.
Roll balls in melted butter and place in regular size bread
pan. Let rise again. Bake in 350 degrees oven until brown and sounds
hollow when tapped with finger, about 35 minutes. You do not
cut this bread. Just pull off a ball at a time. Serve warm
for a delicious cheesy treat. Goes well with fish or spaghetti
dinners.
