PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH FUNNEL CAKE|
2 c. milk
4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Beat eggs, add milk and sugar. Sift flour with salt and
baking powder. Add to milk and beat batter until smooth. Put
finger on to bottom of funnel and fill with batter. Drop from
funnel into hot deep fat in a swirl effect. Fry, turn when
golden. Drain and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
