EASY CREAM CHEESE PIE (Cheesecake)
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
In medium size mixing bowl beat cream cheese until light
and fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add lemon juice
and vanilla and stir until well mixed. Pour filling in crust.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Top with fresh fruit or
