NORWEGIAN APPLE PIE|
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. diced apples
Beat egg, sugar, vanilla, salt and baking powder togeth-
er until smooth and fluffy. Beat in flour until smooth and
well blended. Stir in walnuts and apples. Turn into lightly
greased 8-inch pie plate and bake 30 minutes. Pie will puff up
