PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust, cooled 2 small Jell-O instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 2 c. sour cream 1 Tbsp. sugar Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Beat on low speed until mixed well. Turn into baked and cooled pie crust. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
