2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Pat 1 package crescent rolls into 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat
remaining ingredients together and spread on top of crescent
rolls. Pat other package of rolls on top of mixture. Beat egg
white until frothy. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
