BANANA BREAD

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3 bananas (very ripe)
3 Tbsp. sour milk or half and
half
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Whip in eggs. Mash bananas and
add to sour milk or half and half. Sift flour, salt and baking
soda together. Mix all together. Grease a loaf pan and line
with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. (The
secret is the sour milk and the very ripe bananas.)
