RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS|
15 oz. pkg. Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
extra raisins (if desired)
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix
well. Can be stored in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
