SCOTTISH SHORT BREAD|
9-inch cardboard circle
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vanilla
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
Soften butter for 15 seconds, mix butter and sugar, add
vanilla and flour. Mix into ball. Put wax paper on circle
then put dough on paper and press out.
Cook full power for 2 minutes, turn 1/4, 2 1/2 minutes
more, turn every 30 seconds 1/4 turn. When done, immediately
cut and sprinkle with cinnamon.
