EASY BEER BREAD|
2 c. self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can of beer
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Combine flour, sugar and beer, stir just until all
ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch
loaf pan. Bake 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Brush
with melted butter. Remove bread from pan and cool on wire
rack. Makes 1 loaf.
