BRAN MUFFINS 4 c. Kellogg's Raisin Bran 2 1/2 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/2 c. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 lightly beaten eggs 1/2 c. salad 2 c. buttermilk 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. raisins Sift dry ingredients, mix buttermilk, eggs and salad oil. Add flour mixture, bran flakes and nuts and raisins. Store in refrigerator. (DO NOT FREEZE) Use as desired. Fill tins to top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, 20 minutes for small tins. Batter should sit in refrigerator overnight and be stirred before using. (If batter seems to be thick, add a little buttermilk. Can be kept in refrigerator and used as wanted for several days, up to a week.)
