1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
1 baked pie shell
Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook
and stir until clear, just takes a few minutes. Remove from
heat. Add strawberry jello and stir well. Cut fresh straw-
berries in half and place in baked pie shell. Pour the cooked
jello mixture over strawberries. Chill well. Top with whipped
cream or Cool Whip.
