2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. shortening , melted
Grease a 10-inch pie pan. Spread berries over bottom of
pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and nuts. Beat eggs well
and add sugar gradually, beating until well mixed. Beat in
flour and shortening. Pour batter over berries. Bake until
crust is golden brown. Good hot or cold. Serve with whipped
cream or ice cream.
