BRAN MUFFINS 1 (15 oz.) box Post Raisin Bran 1 c. Wesson oil 3 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 qt. buttermilk 5 c. flour 5 tsp. soda 2 tsp. salt Mix Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Cover and store in refrigerator. Will keep 6 weeks in refrigerator or bake and freeze. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
