PINEAPPLE PIE 1 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 c. margarine 1 c. crushed pineapple Cream sugar, egg yolks and margarine. Beat until light and fluffy. Add pineapple with 2 tablespoons flour. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
