FOURTH OF JULY PIE 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk 1/3 c. ReaLemon 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 to 1 c. strawberries 1/4 c. ReaLemon blueberries banana In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup ReaLemon and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. (I use a bought butter cookie crumb crust. You can find these in the same section of the store as the ready-made graham cracker crusts.) Chill at least 3 hours. Slice strawberries lengthwise. Arrange "fallen domino" style in 1 ring around outer edge of pie. For next ring, add a single row of fresh (or frozen, thawed and drained) blue- berries. Slice a banana into 1/4 cup of ReaLemon and drain. Place banana slices as next ring. Add another ring of blue- berries, then a little "mound" of sliced strawberries in the center. The strawberries, bananas and blueberries are my fami- ly's favorite, but any fruit can be used. Kiwi fruit and mandarin oranges look pretty on this pie in the fall of the year.
