FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 qt. whole strawberries
2 baked pie shells
Combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook, stirring
constantly, until thick and clear. Add jello; cool to room
temperature. Place berries in pie shells and pour jello mix
