1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. corn meal
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs, milk and oil.
Mix together. Pour in hot oiled cornstick pans. Bake at 400 degrees
to 425 degrees about 15 minutes, or when brown and leaves mold of
pans. Makes 18 sticks.
