REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 1 c. lukewarm water 2 pkg. yeast 1 c. butter 1 3/4 c. boiling water 8 c. plain flour 2 tsp. salt 1 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar 2 eggs, well beaten (add last) Melt butter in boiling water. Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes. Mix ingredients, adding flour alternately to make soft dough. Turn out on lightly floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place dough in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover. Store in refrigerator until double. Punch down. Roll out on floured board. Grease hands and shape. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Grease pans. Note: You may use milk instead of water (1 3/4 cups) and butter flavored salt.
