TEA MUFFINS 1/3 c. oil 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 2/3 c. milk 1 3/4 c. self-rising flour Cream oil, sugar, vanilla and milk together; add an egg and beat well. Add flour. Drop into greased tins (2/3 full). Top each with a teaspoon of jam. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
