LEMON CHESS PIE

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 stick melted butter
1/3 c. milk
juice of 1 lemon

Combine sugar and flour; add mixture to slightly beaten
eggs. Add strained lemon juice, milk and melted butter. Pour
into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If
not firm enough, cut oven off and let stay in oven 15 minutes
longer.
