CHEESE PINEAPPLE PIE

4 small pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Melt cheese to room temperature. Add sugar, eggs and
vanilla; mix well. Put filling in and bake in a 275 degrees oven for
30 to 35 minutes. Start in cold oven. Put topping on pie when
cold.

Topping:
9 oz. crushed pineapple
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
Mix pineapple with sugar and flour. Cook until bright.
Stir until thick and clear. Use graham cracker crust.
