POSSUM PIE 3 egg whites 3/4 Tbsp. baking powder 1 c. sugar 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip Beat egg whites until stiff. Add baking powder and sugar, slowly beating until very stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts; mix well. Bake in buttered pan at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool; top with whipped cream and refrigerate over- night.
