1 stick butter
1 c. plain flour
1 c. pecans

1st layer: Put in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20
minutes or until lightly brown.
1 c. 4x sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2nd layer: Beat with mixer and put on top of 1st layer.
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg. chocolate instant
2 1/2 c. milk
3rd layer: Mix and put on top of 2nd layer. Put rest
of Cool Whip on top.
